Hoi An, Vietnam

Nestled on the banks of the Thu Bon River, 30km south of Danang, is the ancient town of Hoi An. A small town with a rich history and a lot of lanterns.

We spent two weeks in the town back in May 2018 and despite the relentless summer heat, we fell in love with the ancient yellow dwellings, rooftop hideouts and – of course – the bánh mì’s. Read more about our time in Hoi An here.
